It’s impossible to say for sure, but plenty. How many did God drown in the flood or burn to death in Sodom and Gomorrah? How many first-born Egyptians did he kill? When God removes his hand of protection, the result is death.

Were it not for God’s intervention, we’d eliminated ourselves during the cold war with Russia.
