windows is a big pie, let's eating

The error shown while installing is compatibility error…as my version is win7 is higher than xp it cant be installed…so plz help me out…

I’ve accidentally deleted my recycle bin from my laptop desktop, how can I get it back? It was a while ago so can’t do system restore. I’m using Windows Vista. Thanks

Hey man. Ireally like this girl we started geting to know each other over the xmass hoildays via msn we were talking on there. I started makeing jokes and stuff she thought i was rely funny. We even gave each other nick names for a laugh. But it was the first day back at school for about. 2weeks her friends started saying hey jack on behalf of leighann. They also started useing leighanns phone to text me messages saying hey xxx. But this was about 4 weeks agos its still going but i dont get the texts from her friends anymore or anything i see her friends giggle at me all the time and leighann normaly looks at me everytime she sees me but we are both to shy to fully speak to each other. Shes a really pretty girl and she is my everything. Even the bullys found out about this then they started takeing the mick out of the situation then they told everyone that me and leighann were going out the very same day i got a text from leighann saying. Why is everyone saying that we are going out when we are clearly not. I told her that it was people takeing the mick thats all and she said why would they say that unless you have told them something? She said dont invole me in anything. That was around 3 weeks ago shes forgot about it now and the bullys. Have stoped. My mate matt put on her facebook wal l. Hows swanny :3. Because swanny is my nick name. Leighann and her firend liked the post also she was always looking at me but today about school she looked at me then quickly looked the other way as she walked past. I really wanna tell her how i feel but i have no firends to go wwith my best firend sophie has just broke up with her boy friend and for some reason she wont speak to me what so ever. I’m trying to re-install Windows 7 home premium 64-bit on my laptop. Windows has pretty much stuffed itself after using linux mint 11. I have my own product key so I’m not trying to do anything illegal but Acer wont give me a recovery disk to fix it and instead want me to send my laptop to them, which I cant do because I need it for school.

I have a computer that I built completely by myself. Its got good specs (they used to be GREAT) but lately it’s been running kind of slow. So i took all of my documents and backed up the machine onto a seperate external hard drive. Did a format of the hard drive, and a fresh install of Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit (a legal copy, of course). It seemed to fix a bunch of the problems, like waiting 10 or more seconds for a browser to pop up and it really boots up quicker now. But, in programs like Photoshop, After Effects, iTunes, or hell even watching an HD movie, its just choppy. For example: when i want to pick a song in iTunes it freezes while scrolling and has about a 5 second delay before the song even starts playing. Or in Photoshop, it can render filters in seconds but clicking to add text is a 15 second ordeal. Now, I understand that these are intensive tasks, but these things used to absolutely scream on this machine. My little cheap laptop can run Photoshop and iTunes better than my desktop!
So my real question is…is there something wrong? or is it just time to upgrade?

I built my computer the other day, and I had not planned to have an ssd at all, but somehow ended up getting a 64 gigabyte Samsung SSD. It is very fast, which is good for the boot, and i just told myself i would put all programs on the HDD. I did that, Windows installation took up like 25 gigs, and since then I’ve been watching the disk space slowly drop. without even putting anything on it. So i need to switch the boot drive to the HDD, i dont know how to do this. Can i just copy and paste the entire ssd onto the HDD? or do i need to install windows on the HDD. how exactly can i accomplish this. I actually prefer this solution because this way i can have all my more used (large) programs on the ssd operate very quickly and just have to have a longer boot time. If you are going to try and change my opinion, then do not post please, because i am doing this

How do I fix it? I can’t seem to figure it out…10 pts to whatever answer actually works.The entire screen is upside down!

Every july we go to cape cod for a week. Our friend that’s a vet comes and gives new food and water to all our pets. We just got two new parakeets. When we leave, we don’t turn on the air conditing and it can get very hot in our house ( up to 95 F). The room that the parakeets are in has 1 big window and one small window. When we leave for the week I can close the blinds and put a fan on a timer but that’s it. Will the parakeets be okay in the room if it gets up to 90F? What can I do to help them stay comfy? I cant move them as there cage is to big and I don’t want to stress them out by giving them to a friend for the week also I would be to nerves. What can I do to help? I live in Derby,CT USA if that helps……….
