My Pregnancy Symptoms Seems The Same As My First, Does That Mean I Will Be Expecting The Same Gender?

By WinPie Posted in: Uncategorized

People say that all pregnancies are different. I am currently about 9 weeks pregnant, and i have been having the same symptoms as my first pregnancy, ie no morning sickness, and feeling this pregnancy is quite easy/normal except for some tiredness. I hear people say if one of your pregnancies are different to your next one, then you will be expecting the opposite sex from your first, and if they are the same then you can expect the same sex. Ofcourse i’d know there is no accurate way of guessing until i have my scan later on the months, but i’d like to know of your pregnancy experiences, ie
If you had similar symptoms or totally opposite symptoms to your first, did u have the same sex or different sex baby?
Thanks all!

50/50, symptom change doesnt really matter from what I read. But no, my pregnancies for my boy and girl were entirely different.

Not necessarily – I experienced the same symptoms with both genders

every pregnancy is different and symptoms have nothing to do with gender. I never threw up with my first but i threw up 10 times a day for most of my pregnancy with my second. Both boys.

gender made no difference in pregnancy symptoms for me.

I’ve had totally different symptoms between both of my pregnancies. My first born is now 19 months old, and I am 27 weeks pregnant. Both boys. And going by my “symptoms” in the beginning we were thinking it was a girl. Totally opposite symptoms. But I have been blessed with two boys!!

I’m 9 weeks and having totally different symptoms so far, I even have cravings this time around, obviously don’t know what I’m having yet, hoping for a girl this time around, had a boy last time.
