My Acer 5532 Laptop Wont Load!!!!?

I have a Acer 5532 laptop. It will not load past the acer starting screen where it says to press F2 for setup. It also keeps powering on by its self, Ive done a hard shutdown but it still powers back on by its self. I have tried pressing F8 to put it into safe mode, but it will not work. Ive tried pressing F2 to see if I can load from disc so I can try to reformat the hard drive but it still wont let me do that. All it does is keep restarting. Please help!!!

    try ALT+ F10 at start up
