Is There A Html Link Code That Redirects The Page?

I know the html link TEXT/IMAGE URL but I was wondering if there is a html link code that redirects the current page the person is on, to another page; meaning not opening another window or tab? Are there other things I need to add to the html text to make it so it redirects the page?
