I Anyone Else Having Trouble Changing Their Avatar At The Moment?

I’ve been trying to change my avatar for a few days now, but whenever I click on “change photo” in my yahoo profile (by rolling over the current avatar), it just brings up a useless window with my past avatars that doesn’t let me click me anything, except for the links to my profile or the help section.
I’m using Firefox. The same problem happens with IE.
