I dont have windows vista or XP and its really frustrating cuz i really want to chroma key on windows movie maker cuz i have like this green screen and … all the tutorials dont work for me 
when i try to save the notepad in that folder, it says i dont have permission. and most of the tutorials are for either windows vista or windows XP. PLEASE help or explain to me!!! thanks!!!!!! (i have been wanting this for so long!!!)

Windows Movie Maker isnt meant for Chroma Key..
Buy Adobe After Effects or some Adobe product for Video Production..
Best solution would be to buy a Mac and use iMovie. iMovie supports chroma key right out of the box and macs are reliable, and best for multimedia projects!
