How Do I Find Out The Name Of My Graphics Card?

Im trying to find out the name of my graphics card (its an onboard card) for personal use. I know its an Nvidia Geforce but i dont know the rest. Can someone pease help!
PS. im running Windows Xp Home

    1. Download the latest Nvidia drivers from Nvidia website.
    2.Once downloaded and installed, right click anywhere on the desktop -> Nvidia Control Panel
    3. In the toolbar, go to -> Help -> System Information
    4. In the ‘Components’ section you can see your graphics card model.

    If it’s a nvidia card, it doesn’t matter – you can download universal legacy drivers from nvidia whcih will support any nvidia card

    go to control panel, click on device manager, click on display adapter to expand it, right click and select properties.
