How Can I Edit Multiple Digital Images At Once?

I’ve got 8 images and I want to raise the brightness of all of them equally. Is there a program for windows I can use to do this?

They’ll both do pretty much whatever you want

a preset is what you are looking for, many programs offer the feature but photoshop makes it very simple, just look on google for a preset tutorial and you will find a few hundred.
