my friend, the newegg one is the only way to go the GT240 is a pretty sweet card while the 5450 sucks pretty badly so you choice is simple, If you do not listen to my advice you will be sorry and end up having to buy another vid card anyways.

Well, yes they are almost identical, but I the graphics both have 1GB of dedicated memory, so I wouldn’t worry. There is almost no difference, so I would recommend going with the newegg.com one because it is a newer model.
newegg.com looks better. Specs seem pretty OK and also download reginout to improve performance.
