Possible Virus, Unable To Remove?

i have Avast anti-virus and the last couple of days its been popping up saying malicious url blocked. I ran the virus scan on avast and nothing showed up. i then downloaded malwarebytes Anti-malware per suggestions on here and when the pop up shows up, it says website:178.238.233.156, its almost always that one i think ive seen a different one a couple times. I ran the scan on that and 2 trojan agents showed up. One is a file and one is a memory process. For both the “item” is called, C:\Windows\svchost.exe ,on the memory process under “other” it says 5060, its had other numbers different times ive scanned.
When i click remove it says to fully remove you must restart your computer and i do that but the pop ups still come up and when i scan again they are still there. I just dont know what to do ive tried doing it in safe mode and same thing happens. What are my options? if worst comes to worst i could restore it to factory default right? I would prefer not to have to do that though.

I suffer from ear infections as I have an abnormal inner ear canal . While driving I was holding my right ear As I was in pain bearing in mind it was raining and obviously my drivers side window would be blurry the police apparently thought he saw me on my mobile phone from about 20 yards away . They then pulled me about half a mile up the road and accused me of being on my phone , they checked my phone and my call log was empty and they offered me 3 points and a fine which I wasn’t going to accept . They never even took the mobile number of the phone I was supposed to be on . I took my written call log to the police office when I recieved the procuator fiscals letter . So by the looks of things I either accept the points and fine or pay more for a lawyer to represent me no wonder ordinary law abiding citizens feel discriminated against when the police seem to just want to make theyre quota for there days work … It’s a disgrace . Anyone give me some advise what to do …. Thanks

im 16 year old girl and i like bright colours the most, my room only has a small window – its in the basement – and i was thinking of doing 3 walls one colour then one wall white with different paints splattered on it, but id have no idea what it would look like.
so if anyone could supply a picture of a similar type of room? or any other opinions.
also like a theme for my room?

What’s The Command Prompt On My Laptop?

If my command prompt shows up in the little black box when I start up my laptop does that mean something’s wrong? Also when it shows I get an error message that says windows cannot find C:\windows\system32\sysprep\hidecmd.exe. Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again….is something wrong with my laptop? My computer crashed and I had the recovery disc and ever since I used it that message shows up ?

How To Make And Resize Existing Partitions Of Windows 7?

i tried doing it with minitool partition wizard home edition but whenever i make up free space and right click on it and select create it says that “partition wizard cannot create a partition at here. there are no free MBR slots on the disk.”
i have 2 drives but the software shows that i have 4 i.e. :SYSTEM,:C,:D RECOVERY,:HP TOOLS.
the first 3 are NTFS and the other one is FAT32
their status is active & boot, system, none, none respectively
i have an hp dv6 which i bought last month
i have 750 gb of storage and toshiba hard drive
plzz help
i also tried selecting rebuild MBR but no action can be taken as it shows some kind of error
