Do I Need To Change My License After This Duration?

Hi,
I had a Windows 7 installed on my PC last week, Now when take a look the computer properties , in the windows Activation section, It says “21 days to activate, Activate Windows now”, however one line after that activation message I have an OEM product key. The question really is if I have a windows License key why an I warned to activate it after 21 days?
