that… sounds pretty bad haha… open the control panel… add or remove programs… say uninstall on the installed software that you have… tht will remove EVERY trace of the virus, though may not nececarilly remove the effects… sorry if worse comes to worse and you need to buy a new computer

BEST solution – get a mac.
    Immediate solution –
    http://www.avast.com
Get the free version. It’s a virus protector program. Avast is unique and is YOUR solution because there is a choice to do a scan-from-boot. This scans everything AS YOUR COMPUTER RESTARTS (I believe you will have to restart yourself). That might help you.

Hi,don’t worry.First of all, start your PC in safe mode and than just go to http://www.download.cnet.com
and find and download Panda cloud anti virus and Panda usb vaccine both.Install them and scan full
Computer.let them do their work. They are free and strong!!! But be careful don’t open any other application accept web browser. If problem can’t solved than get Anti virus any other PC and take it on CD and then install it in safe mode from CD because virus can’t infect program that once written on CD.
    good luck…:)

If you can download the Kaspersky Live CD, you can boot into the program to scan and remove the viruses. If all else fails you can do a complete wipe and reinstall windows. If you do that, be sure to scan any backed up files to make sure you don’t re-infect.

    Hi There,
Try the steps outlined at the link below to remove your virus.
If this does not remove the virus try booting into safe mode with networking and download and run Malwarebytes. It is a good malware removal application.
Don’t worry your computer can be cleaned up and working “good as new” by a good computer tech.
But you will probably be able to fix it yourself by doing the two thing above.
    Hope this helps,
    Al

Download AVG anti-virus (http://free.avg.com/gb-en/download.prd-a… and malwarebytes anti-malware (http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-An… Both are free. I would set up and run both.
IF this does not work, boot into safe mode and run the programs from there.
IF that STILL does not work, use system restore to roll your system back to the date before you had problems. You will not lose any personal data.
IF all 3 of those do not work (unlikely) you may have to do a fresh install of Windows (set it up again from DVD or internet download).
