Hai we using an elcot brand computer.
We shutdown the computer normally.
And we tried to power on again. the motherboard name displayed and also the option for Del(Bios) Esc(Boot Menu) came. But after a second the computer again restarts. i also used the windows xp sp2 cd. its not displayed that Press any key to Boot from…
Again and again i get the no signal and restart.
What can i do? can i need to change any bios initial settings there.
Please help me soon to solve the problem.

Make sure your computer components are well in place. Usually if my memory modules are out of place after installation, it does like this. The problem can of course be in cables.
If this doesn’t seem to work, try resetting your BIOS by first disconnecting any power cords and then the small battery from your motherboard for a minute or so.
See if you can boot from the OS CD. If you can, then that means it a windows problem. If it does the same thing with the OS cd, its a HW problem.
