Cmd Syntax Error? What Does That Mean?

Hello guys
i was on my admin account and the name is
Hafez Bro’s
anyways so i opened the command promt and ran it as a admin
so i started typing
net user hafez bro’s *
then i hit enter and i got some weird error?
can you guys follow this youtube link i upoloaded of the problem to see wht the rror is so u can help me please?

NET USER
[username [password | *] [options]] [/DOMAIN]
username {password | *} /ADD [options] [/DOMAIN]
username [/DELETE] [/DOMAIN]
username [/TIMES:{times | ALL}]
that’s the error i get?

when i go to the login screen the account name isn’t Hafez bro’s
it’s actually abdul?
but when i type in net users and hit enter it shows as hafez bro’s
plus if i type in net user hafez bro’s and click enter it wont show up
all the other acc show though?
