u can use bootcamp to install it. itll dual boot into os x or windows7. Theres a software called Parallels which lets you run osx and windows at the same time and use windows software on the osx desktop. that works too. these should all work on leopard.
if ur going to use windows as ur main os after installing, do note that windows will have shorter battery life on macbook pros with gpus because there are no drivers for windows for graphics switching for amd cards (current mbps) and there wasnt optimus for cards with geforce (2009 and back). very short

I know that this works because I had W 7 Ultimate running on my old Mac with OS X Leopard.
I used Leopard’s built-in BootCamp Assistant, and a FULL, legal copy of W 7 Ultimate, with an unused legal Activation Code. And, W 7 Home Premium or W 7 Pro would have worked, too.
BUT, W 7 Upgrade DVDs will not work, period, nor will illegally PIRATED versions of W 7.
