Blaster Worm..pls Help…?

I got a problem with my Windows XP Professional 2 weeks ago,i tried to fix it but i haven’t succeed.When i run it in normal mode it shows me this message:
This system is shutting down.Please save all work in progress and log of.Any unsaved changes will be lost.This shutdown was initiated by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM:

The system process
‘C:\WINDOWS\system32\services.exe’
terminated unexpectedly with status code
-1073740972. The system will now shut down and restart

That is my problem.I reed on some sites that this was cause by Blaster worm and that he can be removed with FixBlast program.Also i have read that it needs some Blaster Security Patch but i don’t know where to find that patch and FixBlast..Can someone help me to fix this,i will be so grateful…And if you know where to find FixBlast and Blaster Security Patch can you please give me the link….Thanks
