We don’t need a reason.
To the contrary, there WAS a very good reason! It is against the law to have 1 & 2 year old children ride in a car without an approved car seat, whether you are a careful driver or not!! Same deal as wearing seat belts. The law states that ALL people in a vehicle must have on seat belts. The driver WILL be fined automatically if he/she is not wearing seat belts OR anyone else riding in that vehicle! It is driver’s responsibility to assure all passengers wear seat belts!
One may not like these laws, but if violated, one WILL be ticketed!!
Kids aren’t in a car seat? Guess they were sitting quietly in the back seat of the car, not doing anything. This is why the cop pulled you over. Yea, right. Kids not in their spot in the car mean distraction to the driver, which means drivers attention is not on the road. Sorry, I didn’t mean to kill you and your husband but my kid was not in his or her car seat and I was trying to keep them under control. It will never happen again, oh wait, it can’t happen again because you are dead.

Every action a person or cop does there is a reason for it.
It’s mandatory for kids under the age of 7 to be in a strapped car seat. Honestly driving a car with your kids not strapped in a carseat is just wrong. Be happy you got a ticket and not taken to jail.
File a complaint with the police department that the cop works for. Also consult a lawyer to see if you can sue. Best of luck in your noble cause!
Yesterday two black cops stopped me because they thought I was carrying drugs.
I was walking around with a baseball cap on covering my eyes – which I suppose looks suspicious.
