A Common Dream Has Come Back Again?

Two years ago, most nights I would dream the exact same dream, about 5 times a week.
It was to do with an experience when I was about 5 years old, playing on a playground near a sight my Dad was repairing (electrical engineer). He was repairing an old sub station next to an old run down house that was quite old. The playground was in front of this house so being five I walked over to have a look, and remembered being quite scared looking in to the window as it had stressed and become quite thick at the bottom and thin at the top (something that tends to happen to old windows) giving me an odd appearance.
I started experiencing a dream about this nine years later at the age of 14.
I would dream that I was reliving the whole experience but there was a homeless man under a tree next to the house presumably sleeping. I walked over to the man and asked him if he was alright but he didn’t reply of course
I had a look in the windows as I did when I was five, but there was no relfection. This scared me a bit so I walked away. I came back not long after and had a look through the window again and saw my reflection which made me happy, but in my dream I was biologically five and in my reflection I was 14.
This dream occurred frequently about 5 times a week for about 5 weeks.
Between then and now I have not had many dreams, and if i have they, have not been vivid enough for me to remember them, but recently I have begun to start dreaming again.
I have been under some stress recently trying to organise classes for my last year at school so I can gain entrance into a Medicine and Surgery bachelor at a university and have been studying in my own time on top of the extra work I have requested at school.
This may be why I’m dreaming again and my be why I’ve had this dream again but slightly different.
In the dream I had last night, (now aged 17) I had the same experience in the same location, with slight differences. I talked to the homeless man, but this time he had a bag of what seemed like glue around his neck strangling him, he had dried blood running down his mouth as well. This did not frighten me as much as in my dream I was biologically 17. I had a look in the windows as well, the first time I looked there was no reflection again, so I closed my eyes and opened them. I saw myself when I was five with a runny nose running in to my mouth (gross hehe). I had a third look in to the window and this time saw me at the age of what I believe is around 24. I had a blue outfit on that surgeons wear during surgery with blood down it and a blue mask with blood on it too.
This is without the most frightening dream I have ever had, and I want to know what its interpretation is. I do not believe there is anything wrong with me, and i believe it’s just me being stressed about doing well in university.
The vision of me wearing a surgeon’s outfit and the dead homeless guy make me think it is something to do with being worried about the weight in my hands being a doctor, but in reality, surgery isn’t my preferred profession.
If someone could please elaborate this would be muchly appreciated, and remember i’m trusting you to take this seriously.
