If you go to www.picnik.com you can resize the photo using the editing tool. When you go to click save, the photo shows how much MB it is. If its too many MB, make the image smaller again. Hope it helps:)

Unless I make the video like full 1080p resolution, the video doesn’t fit to the youtube screen (and has black borders) How do I make my videos like 480p and fit the youtube screen without these borders? Do I need to use a video software other than windows movie maker?
