I’m looking into selling my computer and I wish to completely wipe my hard drive but keep the Operating System (Windows 7 Ultimate). Is this possible? If so how?

Well… is it? My sister cleans them every week, and she taught me how now so I can do it, but I noticed that’s it’s pretty suffocating in there with all the cleaning products she uses.. Should me and her be using masks? Or is it okay just to keep a window open or something?
