I live on the 4th floor and there’s a black homeless looking man asking for change and blabbering some Nonsense sh*t. He’s there every day (it’s a crowded main street), but still, how to shut him up or at least move him to some other spot, because he’s really annoying me?

intel core i3 4gb DDR3 ati hd 5450 640 sata HDD Dell inspiron 580 Wich windows Edition would be better ?

Every time i start my laptop it gives me the error 0x000007b, i can use task manager and start firefox, but i can’t run explorer.exe. The reason my laptop crashed is because the ExplorerFrame.dll changed, and the current 1 is probably wrong. Anything i can do? Help is greatly appreciated.
