i use a program called hotspot shield and i have opened task manager and when i end the process it automatically starts again instantly, why is it doing this and how do i stop it. thanks in advance

Occasionally, my keyboard change, so if I press the “r” key. it will go the “run” and “d” brings up my computer. The only way I’ve found to change it back is to log off and on again. Why does it do this and is there anyway to stop it? I’m running windows 7 Professional.
