i have windows media player on both and my xbox is connected to my computer… theres a spot on windows media player that says search for and when i search it comes up with files off my computer like music and stuff so will the music i downloaded show up on there also?

Very easily. Simply Publish/Finish your audio project file in Windows Movie Maker. The process of Publishing/Finishing automatically exports the audio in .wma format. Once it has been publishing/finished in .wma format, you can use an Audio Converter to convert it to an .mp3 or other format if you wish.
